Water leaks cost $350 to repair.

(However, if additional material/labour is required, such as installing a new pump, leveling the unit, relocating the drain, or replacing the drain pan, we may need to provide a revised quote).

Regassing/Refrigerant top up pricing ranges from $450 to $650, depending on the size of your unit. For a standard split system, the cost is typically between $450 and $550.

This includes diagnosing the cause of low refrigerant or locating the leak, repairing the leak, and performing a pressure test to ensure the repair is successful. We’ll also vacuum the system to remove any contamination, refill it with the correct refrigerant, and retest to ensure everything is working properly.

Fault Finding costs $150 for a split system & $170 for a ducted system. This fee applies for diagnosing issues, typically taking up to an hour. Our technician will conduct a thorough inspection to identify the problem(s) with your aircon.

Parts replacement costs vary, but we’ll provide a quick and easy price based on the cost of the part, shipping, and our labor.

One Split System Service: $250 (Includes Filter Disinfectant & Clean, Removal/prevention of fungi, bacteria, viruses, slime and pollutants build up, Indoor/Outdoor Cover Clean, Drain Flush, Refrigerant check, Electrical Components Check, Minor electrical repairs (I.e. broken wires), Airflow Check, Mould Removal on Cover & Vents, Compressor Check and a FREE Indoor & Outdoor Professional Coil Clean valued at $300.)

Two or more units: $250 for the first unit, and $100 for each additional one at the same property.

ADD ON OPTION: Hydrowash using a professional Air Con Cleaning Bag, specialised cleaning chemicals and a powerful sprayer gun to deep clean your split system. Takes around 45 minutes to complete on top of your service. Suitable for removal of excess mould/debris and dust build up or for those prone to seasonal allergies/viruses. Our price is $55 incl. gst flat rate per unit, additional to our Servicing package pricing.

Ducted System Service: $300 (Includes the above inclusions for the split system service, as well as a Zone Check.)

Our pricing for a VRV System & Multi Head System is the same as the Split System service provisions.

Our installation prices start at $900 plus gst for a single Split System air conditioning system.  Every home is different, and we always do our best to provide fair and competitive pricing that suits your needs and budget. As trained and licensed professionals, we are qualified to work on any air con unit, regardless of the brand. We will make our own recommendations on brands, depending on the customer’s needs and priorities.

Our pricing is always fair and reflects the level of work required, our level of experience and industry knowledge, material costs, equipment hire (if needed), and the high-quality service that has built our reputation.

While we aim to accommodate various budgets by suggesting different brands or setups, we won’t cut costs in a way that compromises the quality of our work. Your satisfaction and the long-lasting value of our work are our top priorities, which is why we offer a workmanship warranty for peace of mind. You can also extend your installation workmanship warranty period, by servicing your aircon with us annually, essentially building your workmanship warranty up to last the entire life of the unit and likely not having to worry about any repairs for a very long time.

We offer a 10% discount across all of our services, and depending on the specifics we can always try our best to offer a quote that meets your budget. Please note that any discount we offer applies to labour only, is job specific and does not include materials or any freight charges that may apply from a supplier. 

Proof of a valid pensioner card is required to claim the discount.
